叶建芬,女,1992年12月生,工学博士,主要围绕植物多糖来开展果蔬采后贮藏、保鲜以及精深加工、应用等方向研究工作。以第一作者和通讯作者在Carbohydrate Polymers,Food Hydrocolloids,Food Function等期刊发表SCI论文11篇。获得宁波大学胡岚优秀博士基金奖励、院级优秀班主任等荣誉。
