吴振,教授,博士生导师,永利皇宫-永利娱乐场
副院长,美国南佛罗里达大学医学院分子营养专业访问学者。国家高层次青年人才,浙江省杰出青年基金获得者。长期致力于乳畜产品营养组分分析与乳酸菌发酵功能因子营养健康特性研究,主要涉及乳畜制品发酵、乳酸菌株的营养及生化特性、乳酸菌肠道益生特性方面。借助畜产食品营养组分的肠道定向递送策略与肠道益生菌群的多元营养组分互作分析,挖掘营养组分-益生菌群-胃肠道-健康调节的多元互补响应机制。主持国家自然科学基金、科技部星火计划、浙江省杰出青年基金、浙江省重点研发项目等省部级项目,与宁波牛奶集团、宁波益富乐生物技术公司、乾生宁波科技有限公司、宁波老底子食品生物技术公司等多家企业建立了合作关系。近五年在食品领域国内外重要学术期刊上发表论文50余篇,其中作为第一作者发表SCI、EI收录论文30余篇;获得国家教育部科技进步一等奖1项,浙江省科技进步奖1项,宁波市科技进步奖2项,授权国内外发明专利10余项。
研究方向:
1. 乳源功能因子的精准定位与发酵乳胶体功能成分递送机制研究;
2. 区域优势益生菌株高效筛选平台建设与发酵性能功能图谱诠释;
3. SIM核心乳酸菌株表面因子菌群互作与营养代谢产物肠道微生态调节效应解析;
4. 肠道菌群等标识菌株的精准定位与营养强化复合菌剂产业化应用。
