  个人简介:

微生物学博士,硕士生导师。从事功能乳酸菌资源挖掘,乳酸菌益生与功能应用研究。以第一作者/通讯作者在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Carbohydrate Polymers, Ultrasonics Sonochemistry, Journal of Functional Foods, Journal of Dairy Science等期刊发表40余篇SCI论文。主持国家、省、市厅级项目10项,参与国家自然科学基金重点、面上及省重点研发项目等多项。授权发明专利5项,科技成果转化1项。担任国家自然科学基金函评成员,Frontiers in Cellular and Infection Microbiology客座副主编及多个杂志审稿人。指导多名同学获得浙江省新苗,大学生创新创业,SRIP等项目。

(1) 国家自然科学基金:脂磷壁酸合酶LtaS介导的植物乳杆菌黏附效应及其机制研究,主持;

(2) 浙江省自然科学基金:脂磷壁酸介导植物乳杆菌肠道定殖的功能解析,主持;

(3) 浙江省教育厅项目:脂磷壁酸介导乳杆菌属益生菌的黏附效应,主持;

(4) 乳业生物技术国家重点实验室开放课题:群体感应系统调控乳酸菌协同发酵的功能研究,主持;

(5) 宁波市自然科学基金:LuxS/AI-2群体感应系统介导的植物乳杆菌发酵乳品质及机制研究,主持;

(6) 宁波市自然科学基金:细胞壁脂磷壁酸合酶介导乳杆菌的细胞黏附效应,主持;

(7) 北京市开放基金:LuxS/AI-2群体感应系统介导益生乳酸菌发酵乳风味特征及其形成机制研究,主持;

(8) 中国博士后基金金:烟曲霉高铜响应转录因子AceA调控铜解毒机制和毒力研究,主持;
